The quality of your cup of coffee starts with the type of coffee plant, how it’s grown, where it’s grown and how the coffee fruit, or cherry is handled and processed all the way to the green coffee bean.
Once we purchase the coffee from our farmers (from highlands areas of the North West, West, East... Regions of Cameroon), we bring it to the mill where we process the coffee by hand. We then sundry the coffee, remove the parchment, and in the final state hand pick the coffee twice in order to remove all imperfections.
Coffee is grown by small farm holder of attitude above 4500 feet, No fertilizers or other inorganic farm inputs used; coffee is purely organic and grows naturally.
